Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be10(Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b-1) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least Capacity 500 Seats Auditorium Building Construction Works with minimum value at least Tk 700 lakh in One contract(s) of similar nature from Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years .years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT (completion certificate must be enclosed).
b-2)The tenderer must use the necessary suturing materials and equipment to complete the casting work at a minimum height of 10 m in one of the auditorium construction works. .
b-3)The Tender will have to Provide a non-judicial stamp of tk 100 to a BSc Architect with a minimum of five years experience in Auditorium Interior Design work and a BSc Engineer Civil with a minimum of three years experience in construction Work.Those who will be involved in this work.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Tk.900.00 lakh Total construction turnover shall be greater than .Tk.4500.00 lakh, over the last 5 (Five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.180.00 Lakh within the period of 28 days before the submission of tender(s).
e) The tenderer must have up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate, TIN-Certificate and NID.
