Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Renewed updated HED enlisted category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) System portal are eligible to Participate.
b) Liquid Asset is 18.00 Lakh.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2016-2017 to FY 2020-2021), in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 18.00 Lakh.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2015-2016 to FY 2019-2020), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The minimum capacity shall be:Tk. 18 (Twenty) lac.
e) Tender security/Performance Security to be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
f) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 20.02.2022.
g) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
h) The defaulter Contractor of HED/HED Khulna division those who are unable to complete the Construction, Re-Construction, repair, maintenance works of Revenue & Development budget under HED, Khulna Division of FY:2017-18, 18-19, 19-20.
i)Those Contractor have accepted/Absorbed 3 or above work orders is not allowed to participate in this tendering process.
j) Not allowed more than 02 (two) works against any construction firm if any Contractor win more than 2 works in the lottery process.
k) Work Order issued after approved The Revised Operational Plan (ROP).
