* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16600000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Must have experience of similar Type of work.
2.As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with the e-GP system in favor of the POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
3.Must submit the updated valid Income Tax return, VAT, Trade license, IRC certificate & other related docs (if necessary)
4. Must be submitted proper document in Ten (10) years overall experience in IT field.
5. Must be submitted experience certificate in supply, fitting, fixing and commissioning of CCTV cameras in last 5(Five) years
6.Must have authorized dealership of proposed IP camera, NVR and switch from manufacturer.
7.Must provide authorization letter for proposed IP camera, NVR and switch from the manufacturer.
8.Must have experience of supplying, installing, testing and commissioning IP cameras at least 50 lac BDT in previous 04(Four) Years in a single contact as a prime contractor in Semi Government/Government/Autonomous organization. Sub-contractor experience certificate will be not allowed.
9.Must have a service center in Dhaka/Mymensingh Division. The document must be submitted to prove

11.Must submit a field visit certificate from the Procuring entity of this work.
12.Bidder must submit proposed technical specifications according to Tender Document section no - 08.
