Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible.
b) Required Contractor's/Supplier's firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in similar nature of works counting backward from the date of tender publication in News Paper.
c) Having experience in successful completion of atleast one number of similar nature of works not less then Tk.4.00 (four )lac only in a single work order and tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.5.00(Five) lac only in the form of Bank Guarantee for Tender Security Form e-PG3 – 6 mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 days before submission of tender to be attached in case of credit facilities. conditional Bank certificates treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted.
e) The tenderer must be possess.
f) Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to trade license certificate, National ID.
g)The provisions laid down in the PPA 2006 & the public procurement regulations 2008 shall be strictly compliance
