Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer must have the following documents.
1. Valid up to Date e-Trade license.
2. Up to Date TAX certificate.
3. Up to Date VAT registration certificate.
4. Affidavit (ownership deed).
5. Bank solvency certificate.
6. Documentary evidence of liquid assets(Bank Statement/ Bank Solvency certificate).
7. Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover (work completion certificate is mandatory).
9. Evidence of Tender Capacity.
10. The bidder shall submit a letter of consent that they have no litigation history
11. A satisfactory completion of anykind of civil works/civil maintenance works of at least Tk 3.5 Lakh under maximum 03(Three) nos. of contract(s) over a period of 03 years shall be required.
12. A Programme (Work Schedule) must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
