3. The required average annual working turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 (One hundrer and twenty) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. [2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 (forty) Lac.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 90.00 (ninety) Lac.
