Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED.
2. Enlistment/Registered Certificate of FY 2021-2022 with category ‘A’ or above for the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE), Ministry of Labor and Employment.
3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
4.Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), ME, BWDB, Tejgaon, Dhaka or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Dhaka Water Development Division, BWDB, Tejgaon, Dhaka will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4)
5. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
6. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Procurement which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7.
