Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 60000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 180000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) The Project is co-financed by the Government of Netherlands and Asian Development Bank, therefore universal procurement shall apply, i.e. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITT5.13 to ITT5.14
(2) The Tenderer shall have participated in at least one contract that has been successful or substantially completed within the last 5 (five) years and that is similar to the proposed works (River Bank Protective Work), where the value of the Tenderer’s participation exceeds BDT 70.00 million.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover should be equivalent of BDT 135.00 million over the last 3 years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 22.50 million.
(5) Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Tenderer’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the PE, for the last 3 years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Tenderer’s financial position.
(6) Tenderer has to fill out the Form W-2A: Historical Financial Performance uploaded in Section 7: General Specification of the tender document. More details of eligibility and qualification requirements are mentioned in the bidding document
