Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience on civil construction works in any national public/ autonomous organization.
2) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 18,00,000/- (Tk Eighteen Lakh) under 02 (Two) of contracts over a period of 03 (Three) years from the date of publishing of IFT shall be required.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 18,00,000/- (Tk Eighteen Lakh) only.
4) The Tenderer shall submit expert manpower and equipment list for relevant works in Company letterhead pad.
5) Others documents specified in TDS, PCC and Technical Specifications.
