Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of General experience in construction works.
b. Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of Structural building works with Pre-Cast Pile foundation in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single precast piling work order of minimum Tk 22.00 Lakh in last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c. The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/Credit facilities/working capital of TK. 30.00 lakh BDT of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender along with bank statement.. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of the work. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
d. Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 250.00 lakh .
e. Tenderer who possessed : i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate iv) NID card.
f. Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below of the official estimated cost will be rejected his/her tender.
g. In the case of tie for the evaluated price the tenderer shall be selected based on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects’
h. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
i. The procuring Entity shall have the right to correct/modify the description/quantity of items before entering into agreement.
