* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer has own capacity/facility of repair & testing of 132kV and above capacity of transformer.
2. Work experience of transportation, testing and commissioning of 132kV and above transformer at least 3 Nos transformer within last 3 years (Work order value not less than 30 lacs)
3. Bidder must have minimum 02 (two) protection, testing and commissioning engineer (with degree of Bachelor of science in EEE) and required equipment’s (such as relay testing equipment, other necessary testing set for testing transformer etc.). List of manpower & equipment have to be submitted during tender submission.
4. If any damage occurs during transportation, bidder must bear the cost.
5. Award Winning Bidder must provide all equipment’s required to complete carrying, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer.
6. Grid code and other rules have to be maintained for working at Substations.
7. As per ITT-Clause e-Tender security & Performance Security will be prepared by the bank registered with e-GP system in favour of the POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft.
