1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 08 (Eight) Lac under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
4) The tenderer shall be submitted brochure and catalog of related items.
5) Tenderer shall submit samples to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
6) Manufacturer and Product ISO Certificate.
