Brief Description of Package: Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and up gradation of IP based CCTV Camera surveillance system for Faridpur 50 MW Peaking Power Plant, BPDB, Faridpur.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 13500 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 450000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1350000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 450000 ~ 1350000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of two years  general experience.
The minimum specific experience as supply & installation of similar Works successfully completed under Gov't, Semi-Gov't or Autonomous sector within the last two (2) years, with a value of at least Tk.3.00 [Three] Lakh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender)
The Tenderers shall have to submit minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be TK. 5.00 [Five] Lakh.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and tax acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN to submit.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
The tenderers must have up to date valid Trade License.
The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
Any type of damage of equipment liability lies on contractor.
If any other additional materials / spares (within the scope of works) are required for the completion of the work, contractor shall have to supply the additional materials / spares within the quoted price.
Before starting the works, all Goods have to supply in Store of Faridpur 50MW Peaking Power Plant, BPDB, Faridpur.
One year replacement guarantee of any product which used in this works and relative service.
Any type of damage or malfunction of product have to replace within 07(seven) days of complain.
The contractor has to marge / synchronize the new cc camera system with the existing system.
NB: if the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
