Moreover, The recent amendment of PPA,2006 which is made vide Act no.37 of 2016 and published vide Bangladesh Gazettee registered no. D A-1 on 01.08.2016 ( 17 Srabon 1423) , of which according to the cluase no. 07 & sub-cluase no.03 "For Open Tender Method (OTM) for procurement of works Tenderer will be considered as non-responsive if the quated rate is 10% more or less than the official cost estimates". On the other hand according to sub-cluase no.04 of cluase no.07, "If the quated rate of all Tenderers are found equal, then reponsive Tendrer will be selected as per rule, but not through Lottery".
The Tenderer must submit upto date valid IT certificate, VAT and trade license of 2019-2020 fiscal year
Tenderer must fill up all the forms carefully (e.g. e-PW1-3(A) and e-PW2-3(B))
A satisfactory completion of installation of solar tubewell under Government or Semi Government Organization shall be required
The bidder have to submit a certificate ensuring Three(03) years of free service.
