Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 800000 ~ 2400000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully complete in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting of Tk. 6.00 Lakh in Education Engineering Department in Bangladesh. (along with NOA & Completion Certificate should be enclosed).
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 8.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation. If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice that published in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
d) Maximum 03 (Three) packages will be provide in a single tenderer among the 16 (Sixteen) Packages in the advertisement Notice that published in Newspaper.
e) The tenderer must have to submit detail Analysis against their Quoted rate. without any satisfactory explanation and rate analysis the tenderer not to be considered as a qualified tenderer.
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
