* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similiar works of Tk 12.00 Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk 20.00 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in the name of work. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) Tender Capacity will be Tk 12.00 Lac. .
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate (2021-2022).
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license (2021-20222).
