* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods or services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of mechanical spares to the Power Sector of Taka minimum 30,00,000/- (Thirty lacs) under single contracts in the last 3 (Three) years.
(c) The Tenderer shall have to update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 35,00,000/- (Thirty-Five lacs). The issue date of the Bank Certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
