Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be Tk.15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only, counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender capacity 12.00 (Twelve) lac BDT.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(H) Submitted documents in tender information forms must be relevant and according to specifications .
