Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tax certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID.
2) Tenderer must have the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.0 Lakh (Twenty five Lakh) in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time.
3.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [20] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work with Precust Pile over a period of [05] years shall be required. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lot, this qualification requirements, shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package].
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [30] Lakh over the last [05] years.[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.] [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lot, this qualification requirements shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package] All Certificates/Completion certificates have to be issued by at least PE/Executive Engineer/euivalent officer according to PPR/CPTU standard format.
