* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 41000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for complete the Works and related services under the contract:
(a) A minimum 5 years of General experience in the works and related services as specified in the TDS; and
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory supply and installation similar of Works in at least 1 number of contract(s) with a minimum value of 120 lacs, over the period, as specified in TDS; and
(c) The bidder must have a minimum of Tk. 500 lakh solar PV system related working experience with BCCT funds.
(d) The bidder must have a branch office with sufficient staff in Bandarban Sadar for rapid response.
(e) To substantiate the above qualification, the bidder must submit a certificate by collection from their client (End User Certificate) for all number of projects specified above, and mentioning that each system is in operation at least for 1 year.
(f) The bidder must have qualification to work in CHTs region.
