Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Upto date Trade License and Income Tax certificate with TIN, VAT registration certificate with BIN.
(b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience of supplying goods and related services to any Government, Semi government, Government Owned Organization or Company.
(c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 22,00,000.00 (Twenty Two Lakh Taka Only) under a single contracts in the last 03 (Three) years.
(d) If Tenderer does not manufacture or produce the Goods, in that case tenderer shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000.00  (Twenty Five Lakh Taka Only)
