Brief Description of Package: Supply of 80 MT Liquid Chlorine for PJWTP (Lot-2).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1)Tender's  Explosive department License for Chlorine handling shall be submitted.
2) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
3) Manufacturer/Distibuter authorization letter shall be submitted.
4) Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer's Chlorine Test Certificate from any 02 (two) recognized national/ international organizations.
5) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum 20.00 (Twenty) lac under maximum 1(One) contract in the last 3(Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
6) The minimum production capacity of the manufacturer of Liquid Chlorine (Food Grade) is 3000 M.Ton per year. The supplier must submit the proven documents to comply the production capacity of the manufacturer.
7) Manufacturer ISO Certificate shall be submitted.
8) Declaration in letterhead pad that tenderer will arrange factory visit according to the direction of PE after signing of contract.
