Brief Description of Package: Supply and installation of Explosive Trace Detector (ETD) Machine with Consumable for different Airport.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall meet the following eligibility criteria as a minimum to participate in the Tender Competition:
1 The Tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi Company.
2. The Tenderer shall be Manufacturer’s Authorized Representatives/ Local agent of Manufacturer / Distributor of Manufacturer.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 5(Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
4.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (ETD, EDS, Scanning Machine etc) of at least 1(one) Contract successfully completed within the last 5years with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 Crore(document shall be submitted).
5.The tenderer shall have submit relevant authentic document of TSA certified / qualified / approved (excluding grandfathered list) / At least 3Nos end user certificate from USA/Canada / UK/ EU countries in the last 7(seven) years . (Doc to be submitted)
6.ECAC ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) updated listed with equipment designation & Configuration must meet field of use both passengers and cargo.
7.Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 (five) Crore only (document should be submitted).
