Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Valves and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of different types of Valves and related services in Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants amounting not less than BDT 35(Thirty Five) Lakh under maximum 3 (Three) contracts in the last 2 (Two) years and amounting less than BDT 10 (Ten) Lakh under a single contract shall not be considered.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 35(Thirty Five) Lakh
1. Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.
