Eligibility criteria:
1. Only the tenderer who has got invitation letter from the Executive Engineer, DPHE, Habiganj can participate this tender. Tenderer have to upload the invitation letter. Tenderer must be enlisted at DPHE, Sylhet Circle Office for Supply for the financial year 2021-22.
2. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract. Quotationer, should make sure that the documents uploaded at the time of Registration such as Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration Number are valid and up to date, without which the e-Quotation may be considered non-responsive
