(Sub-head: Supply & Installation of 400KVA Electric sub-station equipment, 80 KVA generator, Compound/security light, Air cooler, Pump-motor, Fire extinguisher, PABX, PA system & Solar system).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 36500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 36500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro- mechanical supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 120.00 Lac under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 130.00 lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose in Tender & contract form (Form PG3-8) Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
d) The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.
e) Manufacturer's authorization/Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section has to be submitted in the designated fields.
f) All other required necessary supporting documents stated in the ITT, GCC, PCC & TDS must be submitted with the Tender.
