Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tenders is open to all classes of Regular Enlisted Electrical contractors of PWD who have the legal capacity to enter into such contract.
The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
i) Scanned copy of PWD contractor original Registration Book (first page and last renewal page)
ii) Scanned copy of Original Up to date Trade license,bank solvency certificate, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC/BC/C license with supervisory documents,
iii) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
iv) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
v) VAT Registration certificate 13 Digit only & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
vi) The final bill will be paid after having successful completion Certificate from the requiring body.
vii) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
