Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have 1st class civil work lincense.
2) The Tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (Three) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have the experience of Construction/Repairing/Maintenance work at least 1 (one) in last 3 (Three) years.
4) The tenderer shall have the experience of work completion at least 1 (one), value 15 lac  building construction/repairing/maintenance work in last 3 (three) years in govt. organization or govt. owned company. 
5) The average annual construction turnover of the tenderer shall be greater than tk 25 (Twenty five) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 3 (three) years.
6) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 15 (fifteen) lac.
