Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

Eligibility criteria:
a)Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b)The min.specific experience as Construction/ Supply,Installation and commissioning of sewage treatment plant at least 2(two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 500.00 lakh each. In case of private sector experience, the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.
c)The min.running sewage treatment plant is 02(two) nos.in last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 250 m3/day.
d)The tenderers shall have a min. average annual construction/Supply, Installation and commissioning turnover during the last 5(five) financial years of Tk.1150.00 lakh.
e)The min.amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or creditline(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 575.00 lakh inthe form e-PW 3-5
f)The min.tender capacity shall be Tk.800.00 lakh.
g)The tenderer must possess Up-to-date i)Income tax clearance certificate ii)Valid VATregistration certificate iii)Trade license iv)ABC Category Contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
h)Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shownin the tender data sheet (TDS).
i)Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by thetenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender documents.
j)Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet (Section-D)
k)Tenderer must submit authorization letter from manufacturer.
l)Tenderer must submit manufacturer’s Bioassay Test Report from internationally recognized institution or organization.
