3). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.100.00 (one hundred) lakh over the last 03 (three) years.
4). The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 100.00 (one hundred) Lakh.
5). The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 140 lakh.
