Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience as Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning of Murale at least single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 6.00 ( six) lakh each. In the case of private sector experience, the bidder must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.20.00 (Twenty) lakh.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 6.00 (six) lakh in the form e-PW 3-5
f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lakh.
g) The tenderer must possess i) an Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license,
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
i) The bidder must submit relevant colored designs along with the materials to be used to construct the Murale.
