Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
General Experiences:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of:
1) For Tenderer: Three (03) years of general experience in similar types of Goods and related services. In this connection, experience certificates for similar types of works and related services shall have to be submitted by the bidders. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b) Specific Experiences:
The Tenderer shall have:
1) Successfully completed minimum 03 (three) supply contracts of similar nature of goods and related services in government/Semi-government/Autonomous/Multinational organization. The tenderer shall have satisfactory completion of similar goods & related services of minimum value BDT 15000000 (One crore fifty lac taka), under a single contract in the last 03 (Three) years in government/Semi-government/Autonomous/Multinational organization. In this connection, completion certificates, a copy of the contract agreement, a detailed price schedule, starting and completion time of the contract shall have to be submitted. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
