* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years general experience in supply of goods specially Computer Equipment & Accessories, Technical Raw Materials & spare Parts, Furniture, Office Equipment & Other Stationaries, Engineering & Other Equipment and Teaching & Learning Materials in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
2) Who have minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of Computer Equipment & Accessories at least in 01(one) contract successfully complete in a single work order within last 05 (Five) years amounting of Tk 3.50 lakh in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets for Tk 3.00 lakh supporting by the bank either balance statement or credit facilities regarding the credit sanction number, in any day from date of IFT to submission of tender. Line of credit commitment of credit line will not be applicable.
4) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID cr.
5) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS)
