Eligibility criteria:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date valid Trade license , up-to-date Valid Income tax Return certificate,VAT certificate and Liquid assets certificate from bank for this tender addressing of PE (Procuring Entity).
3. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified laboratory reagent,glassware,laboratory safety equipment at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
4.In case of other factory products bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter that described at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
5. The bidder have to submit the satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types of laboratory reagent, glassware and laboratoy safety equipment at any power station or govt autonomus organization of minimum 4( four) lakh taka in a single or double contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be start from the publishing date of tender.
6. The bidder have to submit the sample for minimum 01(one) test and have to show the test result as per requirements of PE's office by their own cost and own responsibility with in 05(five) calender days the counting of the day will be started from the next date of opening the tender.
