Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as follows:
a) Manufacturer or the Authorized distributor of the required item (Supporting Document)
b) In the case of contractor, the tenderer must submit consent letter from the manufacturer/authorized distributor in their submitted tender.
2. Five (05) Year's Experience in the supply of Electrical Goods/Equipments/similar items. In this connection, Certificates for supply of similar goods shall have to be submitted by the bidder. i.e. years counting backward from date of publication of IFT in the E-GP system. A satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & works of at least Tk BDT 05 Lac under 3 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required. This Supply record shall be duly signed by the manufacturer's authorized representative.
3.Tenderer should submit the Manufacturer's warranty certificate during supplying of goods
4.a) a certificate, that the Tenderer is a Tax payer having valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration number as a proof of fulfilment of taxation obligations to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer;
b) Valid Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer; and any other document as specified in the TDS.
c) The Intended Completion Date for the whole of the Works shall be 90 days from date of contract signing.
5. a) The period of validity of the goods Warranty shall be 01 years from the date of successfully supply of goods and commissioning( as applicable).
b) Supplier has to submit the manufacturer warranty certificate/ card in favor of GMD, Dhaka (East), PGCB before commissioning the goods.
c) The proportion of payments to be retained is 10 percent.
