Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Contractors who have the following qualifications such as :
(a) Tenderer shall have Minimum number of 5(five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services(evidence should be submitted ); (b) Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar (communication / security items) to the proposed goods in at least One contract successfully completed in the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16 Lac(evidence should be submitted ) .
(c) Tenderer shall have BTRC valid license for Radio equipment as importer and Vendor enlistment certificate(Certified document should be submitted). .
(d). Availability of minimum Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities from a schedule bank of Bangladesh should not be less than Tk.22Lac(evidence should be submitted ) and also have agency ship/ distributorship from manufacturer are eligible to participate in the Tender Competition.
(e) Authorization letter from manufacturer or manufacturer authorized distributor
