* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenders as mentioned below:
(a)The number of years of general experience of of the tenderer as prime contractor shall be at least 05 years .(b)Having specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor as satisfactory completion of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe Line System (MGVPS) Works under Government,semi government and Autonomous organization minimum Tk 55Lac (Fifty five Lac) under Single contract over a period of Last 05 (Five) years shall be required counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT. (c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70 Lac (Seventy Lac) over the last 05 (Five) years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT.Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector for last 05 (five) years will be considered for construction turnover. (d)The minimum amount of liquid assets value TK89 lac (Eighty nine lac) in the form of letter of commitment of banks, undertaking for line of credit in the form PW2(a) in original form which must be unconditional.(e) The minimum Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum TK65 lac(Sixty five Lac) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: i). Up-to-date BIN/VAT registration certificate. ii). Up-to-date Income Tax certificate. iii). Up-to-date Trade License. iv). Upto date ABC Licence and Electric Supervisory Licence from Electricity Licensing Board. (g).The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the tender data sheet particular conditions of contracts &Drawing section(section 2,4&9 in the document tab).
