Eligibility criteria:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date valid Trade license , up-to-date Valid Income tax Return certificate,VAT certificate and Liquid assets certificate from bank for this tender addressing of PE (Procuring Entity).
3. The bidder must have a satisfactory complition experience certificate of supplying with installation of similar types of Tube Settler at any Power station in Bangladesh of minimum 18(eighteen) lakh taka in a single or double contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be start from the publishing date of tender.
4. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified goods at section: 05 (Form e-PG2-3).
5. The bidder have to submit 02(two) pieces sample of Tube Settler within 05(Five) Calender Days after opening the tender the counting of the day will be start from the next day of opening tender.
6. The bidder submitted sample must be as same as the sample preserved at PE's office.
7. If the bidder want to see the sample they can see to come PE's office.
