Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 75000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 225000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 75000000 ~ 225000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) The minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods  ( Pontoons/Barge/Ferry/Classification Society approved vessel/Dredger ) with minimum value of 800 lakh for single contract or  2(two) contracts each at least 400 lakh in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication IFT in the e-GP system.
(3) Original bank solvency Certificate/Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit for the amount of Tk.900 lakhs. The bank solvency must not be issued before 28 days from the date of the tender opening.
(4) The dockyard/Shipyard must have sufficient docking space, machineries, repair materials & skilled manpowers.
(5) Attested copy of documents in favour of the ownership of the Dockyard /Shipyard;
(6) Attested copy of up to date NOC from Department of Shipping of Bangladesh of dockyard/shipyard;
(7) Attested copy of up to date fore-shore license of BIWTA (if applicable).
(8) Other terms & conditions as mentioned in TDS.
