Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID
b. The minimum specific experience in supply of similar Nature Goods of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 45,00,000.00 Lac (Forty Five ) Lac Only.publication of IFT in the e-GP System
c . The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40,00,000.00 Lac (Tk Forty Lakh Only) before tender closing date.
Note for Liquid asset : In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender ID/ Tender Reference no.
d . If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the Rate, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis .
Note 1: Those Tenderer Who has a Asphalt Batching plant within 20 KM of Amtola RHD Stackyard of Barishal . Otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
