Eligibility criteria:
1.As per TDS & It is to be noted that latest amendment regarding (-/+) 10% bar of official estimate for quoting rate will be applicable for this tender.
2. General experience Five years
3. Specific experience: A single contract of similar works of RCC Road,Betuminous road and RCC construction work within the last 03 (Three) years with a value at least Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) lakhs
4. Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.24.00 ( Twenty Four) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs. For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
