Brief Description of Package: Manufacturing and supplying of furniture for Academic building to Selected Non-Govt. Secondary School of Golam Rahman High School at Borhanuddin, Bhola.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 6000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Five (05) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Class Room Furniture Like(WOODEN TOPHIGH BENCH,WOODEN TOP LOW BENCH, Teachers Table,Teachers Armed Chair, Library bookSelve,Reading Table etc) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 13.00 Lakh in any Govt./Semi-Govt. or Autonomus Organization[Copy of Completion certificate and work order must be submitted] years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be TK. 15.00 Lac.Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.Bank solvency/Bank Statement certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
4.The amount of the Tender security shall be TK.60,000.00
5.The tenderer who had got workorder for manufacturing and suppling of furniture under Education Engineering Department , Bhola District, but has not completed in due time would not be qualified in this tender.
6.Up-to-date valid Trade License,TIN Certificate and vat Certificate.
7. If Tenderer Quoted Rate Excessive Less than Estimated Cost than Tenderer will be Non Responsive according to PPR 2008 art 98 (23).
