Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20516666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 61550000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20516666 ~ 61550000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must be a Bangladeshi Registered Company having at least 05 (five) years of experience.
2. Bidder must be the member of Publisher Society or Books & Journals sellers Society of Bangladesh.
3. For the foreign Books supply, the tenderer must be having authorization from the Principal (overseas) publisher as an agent/seller.
4. Having experience in successful completion of supply of foreign books (Medical/Engineering/Agricultural/Scientific) of 50 (fifty) Lac in a single order.
5. The foreign books must have the barcode and the selected bidder should provide the barcode reader facility during delivery of the foreign books.
6. The bidder may bid for the whole tender or for any group of books (Engineering books group, Science books group and other books group).
7. The bidder must have valid and up dated Trade License, TIN & Tax Return Certificate, VAT and Vat Return Certificate.
8. The bidder must have minimum liquid asset/credit facilities of Taka=1.00 crore.
9. The tenderer must provide bank solvency certificate of Tk=50 Lac.
10. Tenderer may participate in the JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not have more than 03 (three) members. One of the partners must fulfill the eligibility of the tenderer requirement.
11. Excessive low price (less than 15%) and excessive higher price (more than 15%) from the present market price may be rejected.
12. All the books are must be original. Photocopy or Pirated books will never accept.
13. Bill will be paid only after completion of supply of all the books in the tender or a group of books, quoted in the tender.
