Eligibility criteria:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 650.00 Lakh.
c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 600.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years.
d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 225.00 Lakh (in the form PW3-7) in original form.
e. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender date sheet of Tender documents.
f. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2021-2022)
g. Income tax clearance certificate (2020-2021)/Upto date & VAT registration certificate.
h. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
i.Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
