Brief Description of Package: Maintenance and Beautification Work at Shialjani Khal in Mohangonj Upazila in Netrakona District under NDR Budget under Netrakona O&M Division BWDB, Netrakona, during the Financial year 2021-22.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All e-GP enlisted tenderer, who fills the following requirements:
1. All Bangladeshi citizens, who have up-to-date trade licence, VAT, TIN and not debarred, not bank rupt.
2. A Govt.-owned enterprise in Bangladesh may also participate in the tender if it is legally and financially autonomous, it operate under commercial law, and it is not a dependent agency of the PE.
3. The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract.
4. Tenderer should not be a associated or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly with a consultant or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the PE to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications and other documents to be used for the pcurement of the works to be performed under this IFT.
5. The tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices as stated under ITT.
6. The tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.
7. The tenderer shall n ot be insolvent.
8. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
9. Payment certificated will be excepted but must be included this payment certificate aginist the work order/ work completion certificate and including documents. otherwise not accepted this payment certificate for tender evaluation.
10.NOA/Work order will be issued after necessary approval from the competant authority.
