(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 145,00,000.00 (One Crore And Fourty Five Lac Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 36,00,000.00 (Thirty Six Lac Only).
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 165,00,000.00 (One Crore And Sixty Five Lac Only).
