Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer must submit update authorization letter for submission anainst the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter, the tender shall be considered as non-responsive.

b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.

c. If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed itemwise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT, Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the tender shall result in the tenderer as non-responsive.

d. Tenderer must have atleast one single contract of similar nature of work within last 3 (three years) (Years counting backward from the date of IFT in the e-GP system), with a value of atleast 30.00 lakh.

e. All tenderers are requested to submit their manufacturer Authorization certificate with technical specification on DG and HIP grade reflective sheeting, country of origin Japan/ USA for ensuring the quality of products.
