Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 8500 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 283333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 283333 ~ 850000.

Eligibility criteria:
(A) All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
(B) All Tender shall be strictly evaluated on the basis of the PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
(C) Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing Market Price. Otherwise their tender shall not be considered for Evaluation.
(D) The Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
(E) Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment’s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the estimated cost. Therefore, the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineer in Charge.
NB:
1. The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
3. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
4. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.
