Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :

(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk.20.00 (twenty) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 35.00 (thirty five) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (thirty) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only, counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender capacity Tk. 25.00 (Twenty five) lac BDT.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(H) Submitted documents in tender information forms must be relevant and according to specifications of Standard Tender Document specially in case of similar experience.
(I) Any types of duplication in tenderers' submitted documents will be treated as forgery and that tenders will be considered as non-responsive.
(J) No Joint Venture (JV) will be applicable for this tender.
(K) Only payment certificates will be considered in Turnover calculation.
