A satisfactory completion of Similar works of at least tk. 90,00,000( Ninety Lakhs Taka) under each or maximum 2(Two) nos of contract over a period of last Five (5) years where similar means as follows:
i) 33 kv Overhead or higher rating new line construction.
(Note: If any bidder fails to provide sufficient qualified manpower and other facilities to complete the work within stipulated time, the bid will be liable for rejection as unqualified for the work).
Annual Turn over: The required average Annual Turn over shall be greater than taka (1,00,00,000) One crore over the last Five years.
Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of Liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the tenderer shall be taka . 50,00,000( Fifty Lakhs Taka)
The tenderer shall submit with its tender, the following additional documents:
a) Valid ABC Contractors Licence from Electricity Licensing Board of Govt. Of Bangladesh.
b) Satisfactory work completion certificate at least two (2), ) 33 kv Overhead or higher rating new line construction from WZPDCL, DESCO,DPDC,BPDB & from previous employer not below the rank of executive engineer during the last Five (5) years.
d) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from the Income Tax/NBR.
e) Valid VAT registration certificate.
f) Up to Date Trade License
g) National ID Card.
